数据处理

位置、照片、视频，以及用户选择写入的作者、邮箱、网址和版权等信息，仅在用户的设备和用户自己的私人 iCloud、CloudKit 或 iCloud Drive 中处理。Lancet Studio 不会收集、访问、出售或向第三方分享这些数据。

广告、跟踪和分析

ShutterMap 不包含广告，不跟踪用户，也不使用第三方分析服务。

系统权限

只有在用户使用相应功能时，ShutterMap 才会请求位置、照片或文件访问权限。用户可以随时在 Apple 设备的“系统设置”中更改或撤销权限。

iCloud 与数据保留

是否使用 iCloud 及 iCloud Drive 由用户决定。本地数据会保留到用户删除 App 及其数据；GPX 文件会保留到用户在 ShutterMap 或“文件”App 中删除；私人 iCloud 或 CloudKit 数据会保留到用户通过 Apple ID 和 iCloud 设置管理或删除。删除 App 不会自动删除用户私人 iCloud 或 iCloud Drive 中的内容。

撤销同意与删除

用户可以随时在系统设置中撤销位置、照片或文件权限，在 ShutterMap 中关闭 iCloud 相关功能，并通过“文件”App 或 Apple ID 与 iCloud 设置删除自己的数据。ShutterMap 不要求创建开发者账户。由于 Lancet Studio 无法访问用户的私人 iCloud 数据，因此无法代替用户查看或删除这些数据；如需删除指引或提出隐私请求，请联系 support@lancet.studio。

购买

App 内购买由 Apple 处理。Lancet Studio 不会收到用户的支付卡号或 Apple ID 密码；ShutterMap 只会接收 Apple 提供的购买状态，以判断功能是否已解锁。

Data Processing

Location data, photos, videos, and information the user chooses to write—such as author, email, website, and copyright—are processed only on the user's devices and in the user's own private iCloud, CloudKit, or iCloud Drive. Lancet Studio does not collect, access, sell, or share this data with third parties.

Advertising, Tracking, and Analytics

ShutterMap contains no advertising, does not track users, and does not use third-party analytics services.

System Permissions

ShutterMap requests access to location, photos, or files only when the user uses a related feature. Permissions can be changed or withdrawn at any time in the Apple device's System Settings.

iCloud and Data Retention

Use of iCloud and iCloud Drive is optional. Local data is retained until the user deletes the app and its data; GPX files are retained until the user deletes them in ShutterMap or the Files app; private iCloud or CloudKit data is retained until the user manages or deletes it through Apple ID and iCloud settings. Deleting the app does not automatically delete content in the user's private iCloud or iCloud Drive.

Users can revoke location, photo, or file permissions at any time in System Settings, turn off iCloud-related features in ShutterMap, and delete their data through the Files app or Apple ID and iCloud settings. ShutterMap does not require a developer account. Because Lancet Studio cannot access a user's private iCloud data, it cannot view or delete that data on the user's behalf. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Lancet Studio does not receive payment card numbers or Apple ID passwords. ShutterMap receives only the purchase status Apple provides to determine whether features are unlocked.
